Founded in 1939, China Resources Double-Crane Pharmaceutical CO.,LTD (DCPC) is a leading manufacturer of generic pharmaceutical products in China. We can provide IV solution, ampoule injection, endocrinology drug, cardiovascular drug, anti-infective agent, Children Diarrhea Patch, and Calf Pulmonary Surfactant for injection, among many other products. On May 22, 1997, DCPC became a public company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and we were the first listed state owned enterprise in Beijing, China.

With over 70 years of experience in this industry, we are capable of producing high quality pharmaceutical products according to many international standards. We manufacture our pharmaceuticals in compliance with the GMP standard, from API acquisition, through drug research and workshop construction, to final drug testing. This helps us to ensure our pharmaceuticals meet all related standards, and most importantly, are totally safe to use. One way we accomplish this is through the acquisition of high performance production equipment from Germany, Britain and other countries. We've also improved our existing workshops to meet GMP standards so we can ensure the safety and quality of our products. As a result, our annual production is now 1 billion tablets and 150 million capsules. DCPC has registered over 30 types of pharmaceutical products in Vietnam, Pakistan, Philippines, Guinea, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, and Mongolia, etc. and our drug exporting markets continue to increase.

Our DCPC independent research and development center specializes in the development of IV solution and manufacturing generic pharmaceuticals, including anti-infective agents and drugs for cardiovascular disease, endocrine disease, and so on. We have complete drug analysis equipment, pharmaceutical synthesis equipment, and other pharmaceutical equipment, including a high pressure liquid chromatograph, gas chromatograph, fluidized bed, ultrafiltration apparatus, electrical centrifugal spray dryer, and more. In order to ensure constant technical improvement, we also participate in technical exchanges with related research institutes and pharmaceutical manufacturers, thus achieving mutual benefits.

We currently have eight IV solution production bases with an annual production of 1 billion bottles (bags) of infusion solution, taking up 12% of Chinese IV solution market. Our IV solutions include Hydroxyethyl Starch injection, Metronidazole injection, Glucose injection, Sodium Lactate Ringer's injection, Levofloxacin Lactate injection, Fructose injection, and more. Our Levofloxacin Mesylate injection and Ofloxacin and Sodium Chloride injection comprise 65% of the market share in China. Glurenorm Gliquidone, DCPC's primary endocrinology drug, was developed based on a type of Oral antidiabetic drug from Boehringer Ingelheim, a well-known pharmaceutical manufacturer in Germany. Due to their effective pharmacological effects, our drugs for endocrine disease alone generate sales revenue of 30 million USD. We have received proprietary intellectual property rights for Compound Hypotensive tablets No. 0, a type of hypotensor we developed and manufactured. With an annual production of 800 million tablets, the Hypotensive tablet has been used by over 4.3 million patients for treating high blood pressure.
